1. Develop and implement safety and sustainability strategies and initiatives for the organization.
2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in products, processes, and operations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and sustainability regulations and standards.
4. Monitor and analyze safety and sustainability data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety and sustainability practices.
6. Lead investigations and root cause analyses for safety and sustainability incidents.
7. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to improve safety and sustainability performance.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance safety and sustainability goals.
9. Implement and maintain systems for tracking and reporting on safety and sustainability metrics.
