Responsibilities:
• Develop new and innovative solutions to customer challenges using Flow Cytometry technology. • Provide technical training and expertise to customers in order to optimize their use of Flow Cytometry. • Design and deliver research applications and protocols to improve and expand Flow Cytometry use. • Troubleshoot customer issues relating to Flow Cytometry, recommending solutions and resolving problems. • Work with other Research Applications Scientists to develop new strategies and applications for Flow Cytometry. • Generate reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and provide insights and recommendations to the Flow Cytometry team. • Stay up to date on the latest Flow Cytometry technologies and trends.
