  1. Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs to ensure a safe and environmentally-friendly workplace.
  2. Oversee and monitor all environmental, health, and safety initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective EHS policies and procedures.
  5. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on EHS issues and best practices.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the company remains in compliance.
  7. Develop and deliver EHS training programs to educate employees on safe and sustainable practices.
  8. Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and community groups.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to prevent accidents and incidents.
  11. Monitor and report on EHS metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Drive a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
  13. Develop and manage budgets for EHS initiatives and projects.
  14. Mentor and train other employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in EHS practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Understanding Of Environmental Risk Assessments, Incident Investigation, And Corrective/Preventive Actions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Ehs Protocols And Procedures.
