- Develop and implement quality and regulatory compliance strategies to ensure that our products and processes meet all applicable standards and regulations.
- Lead and oversee all quality and regulatory compliance activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality and regulatory compliance requirements are integrated into all aspects of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to medical technology and ensure that the company is in compliance.
- Communicate and report on quality and regulatory compliance status to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and other external partners.
- Develop and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure consistent and compliant processes across the organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality and regulatory compliance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and compliance of our products and processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality and regulatory compliance matters and provide guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Or Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Quality Or Regulatory Compliance Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Global Regulatory Requirements.
Previous Experience Leading And Managing A Team Responsible For Quality And Regulatory Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Represent The Company In Interactions With Regulatory Agencies.
