  1. Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals in the use and application of medical devices.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality medical products to customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective clinical support programs.
  4. Conduct product trainings and demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or concerns related to medical devices.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of medical devices and their applications, staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for customers, answering any inquiries and providing timely and accurate support.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
  9. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals for product demonstrations and trainings.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support the promotion and sales of medical devices.
  12. Participate in conferences and trade shows to showcase products and provide support to potential customers.
  13. Prepare and present reports and presentations on clinical support activities and outcomes.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as relevant industry regulations and standards.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement to enhance job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Support Or Coordination Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Devices, Equipment, And Software Used In Clinical Environments.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously, With Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
