Clinical Education Consultant

The Clinical Education Consultant will be responsible for delivering technical training, troubleshooting and helping to ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, organized and has experience in the healthcare industry.The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field - Knowledge of medical terminology and medical device technology- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical device field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A proven track record of successfully providing customer support - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

8. Travel up to 25% of the time to meet with customers and attend conferences.
9. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve customer training and education.
10. Document all customer interactions and training in a timely manner.
