- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators, to promote and sell Becton Dickinson's Vascular Access products.
- Utilize strong sales skills to meet and exceed revenue targets within assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Becton Dickinson's products, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with a team of sales professionals to strategize and execute sales plans and initiatives.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Becton Dickinson's products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to current and potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and product knowledge to effectively communicate and educate customers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within assigned territory.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry.
