  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators, to promote and sell Becton Dickinson's Vascular Access products.
  2. Utilize strong sales skills to meet and exceed revenue targets within assigned territory.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  4. Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Becton Dickinson's products, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with a team of sales professionals to strategize and execute sales plans and initiatives.
  6. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Becton Dickinson's products.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to current and potential customers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry and product knowledge to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  9. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within assigned territory.
  10. Represent Becton Dickinson and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  11. Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth and development within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry.
