  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the Pacific Northwest region.
  2. Promote BD's innovative products to potential and existing customers.
  3. Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as competitors' products and strategies.
  8. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote BD's products.
  9. Prepare and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  10. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Continuously improve knowledge of BD's products, services, and industry trends through training and self-study.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Represent BD in a professional manner at all times.
  15. Travel within the Pacific Northwest region as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Market And Customer Needs In The Pacific Northwest Region.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers, Key Opinion Leaders, And Internal Stakeholders.
