
Associate Territory Manager, Oncology/Vascular Care

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Becton Dickinson's Oncology/Vascular Care products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, including physicians, nurses, and purchasing managers.
- Utilize various sales techniques, including cold-calling, networking, and product demonstrations, to generate interest in Becton Dickinson's products.
- Conduct product presentations and trainings for healthcare professionals to increase their understanding and usage of Becton Dickinson's products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote Becton Dickinson's products and establish new business relationships.
- Participate in internal training programs and continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent Becton Dickinson in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Science, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Experience In Oncology Or Vascular Care.
Strong Knowledge Of Oncology And/Or Vascular Care Market And Products.
Ability To Travel Up To 50% Of The Time.
