  1. Actively promote and sell Becton Dickinson's innovative products to customers in the assigned territory.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  4. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Becton Dickinson's products to customers, highlighting their value and impact on patient care.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and successful sales strategy.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  7. Continuously expand knowledge of Becton Dickinson's products and the healthcare industry to effectively position and differentiate them in the market.

  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

  12. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to sales, marketing, and healthcare compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Key Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
