
Associate Territory Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity within the assigned territory.
- Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are knowledgeable and comfortable using our products.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote our products.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies in the assigned territory.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing structure.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Continuously strive to improve knowledge and skills through training and education opportunities.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend meetings as needed.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry
Ability To Travel Within Assigned Territory Up To 50% Of The Time
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Product Lines, And Market Trends.
