- Oversee the quality management system for Becton Dickinson, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the safety, effectiveness, and quality of our products.
- Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent and high-quality performance.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure product quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality standards and regulations, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and suppliers, to ensure compliance and address any quality-related issues.
- Drive a culture of quality within the organization, promoting a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality management to ensure Becton Dickinson remains at the forefront of product safety and quality.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Business Administration, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Systems, Standards, And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001, Iso 13485, And Fda Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
