  1. Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with business objectives for the PI Oncology division.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify unmet needs and trends in the oncology industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights from key stakeholders and incorporate them into product development.
  4. Drive the development and launch of new products, from concept to commercialization, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and are in line with company standards.
  5. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and positioning of similar products.
  6. Create and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches.
  7. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product marketing plans, including sales training and collateral development.
  8. Monitor market performance of existing products and make recommendations for improvements or updates.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for the PI Oncology product line, providing product knowledge and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in oncology to inform product strategy and identify potential areas for growth.
  11. Collaborate with key opinion leaders and customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
  12. Travel to conferences, trade shows, and customer sites to promote products and gather market insights.
  13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements for product development and launch.
  14. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.
  15. Continuously monitor and assess product performance and make recommendations for improvements or updates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Biology, Chemistry, Business, Etc.)

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Marketing In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Oncology.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Drug Development Process And Regulatory Requirements For Oncology Products.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Use Market Data To Drive Product Strategy.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
