Associate Product Manager

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory to develop and launch new products.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
3. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
4. Collaborate with sales teams to gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development.
5. Develop and execute product launch plans, including messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies.
6. Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers to gather insights and promote new products.
8. Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales tools to support product launches.
9. Coordinate and participate in product training for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements throughout the product development process.
11. Participate in industry conferences and events to network and stay informed about industry developments.
12. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
13. Identify and propose new product ideas and enhancements to existing products.
14. Collaborate with the global product management team to share best practices and leverage global resources.
15. Continuously monitor and analyze product sales and market share, making adjustments and recommendations as needed.
16. Provide regular updates to management on product development progress and key performance metrics.
