Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Research And Development, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.
A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Or Business Administration.
Proven Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Projects To Successful Completion Within Tight Timelines And Budgets.
Strong Knowledge Of Integrated Systems And Technologies Used In The Medical Device Industry, Including Software, Hardware, And Connectivity Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
