Analyst, Transportation Optimization
Identify continuous improvement opportunities by benchmarking and evaluating future supply chain trends and standard methodologies and prioritizing areas of improvement. Provide E2E visibility of all NA SC key processes (mapping). Design, implement and lead programs to improve performance areas such as supply cost driver analysis. Define risk management and business continuity strategies in partnership with OSC Analytics. Ensure regulatory and business compliance of Cost-to-Win projects by collaborating with applicable groups. Align with all local, state, federal, and BD safety and quality regulations, with all business policies and procedures. Design E2E NA SC Customer-centric metrics, working closely with analytics for dashboard development. Drive the deployment of Lean, CI, Project Management, and related tools and methodologies throughout the business and distribution centers. Support site optimization programs by coordinating with Unit Quality as necessary on Cost-to-Win projects.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations or manufacturing environment
A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing change’s or continuous improvement in a manufacturing or business process environment
Lean Leader certification required, Sr. Lean Coaching Certification Preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Black Belt Preferred
