  1. Conduct quality assurance testing and analysis of products to ensure they meet regulatory and company standards.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues or concerns.
  4. Monitor and track product quality metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  6. Train and educate team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and create risk management plans to mitigate potential quality issues.
  8. Investigate customer complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  9. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process and product enhancements.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient quality assurance process.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities and results.
  13. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure quality is built into the design and development process.
  14. Continuously strive for excellence and innovation in product quality and customer satisfaction.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance/Quality Control Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards Related To Medical Devices And Diagnostics.

  • Experience With Developing And Implementing Quality Systems, Including Validation, Risk Management, And Document Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Quality Issues And Recommendations To Management.
