  1. Conduct reliability analysis and testing of new products to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to improve product reliability.
  3. Develop and implement reliability engineering processes and methodologies to support the design and development of new products.
  4. Utilize statistical analysis and other tools to identify and troubleshoot product failures and implement corrective actions.
  5. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the reliability of components and materials used in new products.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis and lead investigations into product failures and customer complaints.
  7. Develop and maintain product reliability and quality metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Participate in design reviews and provide input to ensure reliability and quality requirements are met.
  9. Communicate reliability and quality issues to cross-functional teams and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Train and mentor junior reliability engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in product reliability and quality assurance.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in reliability engineering to continuously improve processes and methods.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines throughout the product development process.
  13. Represent the reliability engineering team in cross-functional meetings and provide updates and recommendations on product reliability and quality.

Job Qualifications
