  1. Conduct research and development activities related to the design and production of medical devices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures.
  3. Perform experiments, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise in the manufacturing process.
  6. Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for production.
  7. Train and mentor junior staff members in scientific and manufacturing techniques.
  8. Participate in product validation and verification activities.
  9. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to provide updates and progress reports.
  10. Stay informed about advancements and developments in the field of healthcare and medical device manufacturing.
  11. Take responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of all scientific data.
  12. Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
  13. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of all work performed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Cgmp Guidelines.

  • Experience With Process Validation And Troubleshooting Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
