- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging materials.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to troubleshoot packaging-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and FDA requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other departments, such as marketing and sales, as needed.
- Mentor and train junior packaging engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all packaging design and validation activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Packaging Design And Development.
Strong Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Manufacturing Processes, And Industry Standards.
Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
