Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Sr. Human Resources Business Partner At Beckman Coulter Should Possess A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Or A Related Field. This Knowledge Will Provide A Foundation For Understanding And Effectively Managing Complex Hr Issues Within The Company.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Hr Experience: To Be Considered For The Sr. Hr Business Partner Role At Beckman Coulter, Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Hr. This Experience Should Include A Mix Of Strategic And Operational Hr Roles, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Talent Management, And Organizational Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: As A Sr. Hr Business Partner, It Is Essential To Have A Solid Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations At Both The Federal And State Levels. This Knowledge Will Enable The Individual To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Potential Risks For The Company.

  • Experience In A Global Organization: Beckman Coulter Is A Global Company With Operations In Multiple Countries. Therefore, Candidates For The Sr. Hr Business Partner Role Should Have Experience Working In A Global Organization, With An Understanding Of Cultural Differences And The Ability To Navigate Global Hr Challenges.
