- Conduct in-depth scientific research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and quality assurance to drive product development and meet project milestones.
- Utilize project management skills to develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of competition.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support to the product development team.
- Ensure all new products meet quality and regulatory standards through rigorous testing and validation.

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In New Product Development Within The Medical Device Or Diagnostics Industry.
Demonstrated Expertise In Project Management, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Meet Project Timelines.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Experience With Fda Submissions And Approvals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Colleagues, Customers, And External Partners.
