  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for Beckman Coulter's chemical and immunoassay products in the Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada region.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities, to understand their needs and promote our products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
  4. Conduct market and competitive research to stay informed about industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management, lead generation, and closing of deals.
  6. Utilize sales tools and technology, such as CRM systems, to track and report on sales activities and results.
  7. Provide product training and technical support to customers to ensure a successful adoption and utilization of our products.
  8. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote Beckman Coulter's products.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on our chemical and immunoassay products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  10. Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to our products and ensure adherence in all sales activities.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Beckman Coulter, representing our company and products with professionalism and integrity.
  12. Mentor and support junior sales team members to help them achieve their goals and contribute to overall team success.
  13. Continuously seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for product enhancements or new product development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Specifically In The Chemical Or In Vitro Diagnostics Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Laboratory Instrumentation And Workflow, Including Experience With Beckman Coulter Products.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.
