  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for the Critical Care and Immunodiagnostics product portfolio.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals.
  4. Lead and motivate a sales team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  8. Utilize and maintain CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote the company's products and services.
  10. Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  11. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and ethical standards.
  13. Mentor and train junior sales team members to develop their skills and contribute to the team's overall success.
  14. Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and conduct business meetings.
  15. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Critical Care and Immunodiagnostics market and use this knowledge to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Sales Within The Medical Device Or Diagnostic Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Clinical Chemistry And Immunoassay Market, Including Competitive Landscape And Customer Needs.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Effectively Present Product Solutions.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Business, With A Preference For An Advanced Degree Or Certification In Sales Or Marketing.
