Job Description

Beckman Coulter is seeking a Senior Manager, HRBP - Program/Project Management to join our team and drive the success of our HR initiatives. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategies and supporting the organization's growth. If you have a proven track record in HRBP roles and a strong background in program and project management, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Provide leadership and direction to the HR team in the planning, execution, and evaluation of HR programs and projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR program and project management.
  5. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR initiatives.
  6. Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of HR programs and projects.
  7. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR programs and processes.
  8. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to HR programs and projects.
  10. Provide guidance and support to HR team members and other employees on HR program and project management best practices.
  11. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to HR programs and project management.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Hr Program And Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Hr Programs And Projects, With A Track Record Of Successful Delivery Of Complex Initiatives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Policies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Processes And Policies, Including Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Compliance.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Manager, Hrbp - Program/Project Management Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Identify And Address Challenges In The Hr Function.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Be An Excellent Communicator, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Project Management Certification: A Professional Project Management Certification, Such As Pmp Or Agile, Is Highly Desirable For This Role, As It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In Project Management Methodologies.
