- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the HR team in the planning, execution, and evaluation of HR programs and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR program and project management.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of HR programs and projects.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR programs and processes.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to HR programs and projects.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and other employees on HR program and project management best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to HR programs and project management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In Hr Program And Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Hr Programs And Projects, With A Track Record Of Successful Delivery Of Complex Initiatives.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Policies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Processes And Policies, Including Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Compliance.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Manager, Hrbp - Program/Project Management Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Identify And Address Challenges In The Hr Function.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Be An Excellent Communicator, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Project Management Certification: A Professional Project Management Certification, Such As Pmp Or Agile, Is Highly Desirable For This Role, As It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In Project Management Methodologies.
