- Design and develop enterprise software solutions for Beckman Coulter, ensuring high quality and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Act as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to junior developers on the team.
- Participate in code reviews, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve software performance.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development to continuously improve our products and processes.
- Communicate project status and potential issues to stakeholders, and recommend solutions to overcome any roadblocks.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing software systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and DevOps teams to ensure proper testing and deployment of software solutions.
- Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure consistency and maintainability of codebase.
- Mentor and coach other team members on software development best practices and techniques.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Software Development Within An Enterprise Environment
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C#, Or C++
Strong Understanding Of Software Architecture And Design Principles
Experience With Agile Development Methodologies And Project Management Tools Such As Jira Or Trello.
