Quality Assurance Engineer

You will be a part of the Instrument Quality team and report to the Manager, Quality Assurance Science responsible for Instrument Quality. Provide Quality Assurance Support for Instrument manufacturing of medical devices. Work to reduce defects on the manufacturing process. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify, contain and disposition non-conforming product. Complete risk assessments for product escapes as needed. Assist with Manufacturing work instruction updates and implementation. Ensure compliance to design change procedures, corporate policies, and global regulations (FDA QSR, ISO, etc.). Make decisions/provide mentorship to prevent deviations or non-conformance. Establish and drive daily management actions for quality processes that support corporate initiatives.
