  1. Conduct thorough quality checks on all products and processes to ensure they meet and exceed company standards and customer expectations.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to improve overall product quality and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  5. Use data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of all quality assurance processes, procedures, and results.
  7. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
  8. Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to product quality.
  9. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all materials and components meet quality standards.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance techniques and technologies.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
  13. Act as a quality assurance subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Biomedical Engineering Or Industrial Engineering.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Principles And Methodologies, Including Statistical Process Control And Six Sigma.

  • Previous Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proficiency In Quality Assurance Software And Tools, Such As Minitab, Jmp, Or Sap.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Keen Attention To Detail And The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
