
Product Manager/Marketing, ID/AST

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies for our infectious disease and antimicrobial susceptibility testing products. - Develop and execute marketing strategies for our infectious disease and antimicrobial susceptibility testing products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities for growth in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and solutions.
- Create and implement product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and inform product strategy.
- Develop and manage product launch plans, including coordinating with sales, training, and other departments to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor and report on product performance, including sales, market share, and customer feedback.
- Develop and manage product budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all markets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide product training and support to sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers to gather insights and feedback on products.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and customers.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Marketing Within The Medical Device Industry
Strong Understanding Of Product Development Processes And Ability To Drive Product Innovation
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Experience With Launching New Products In A Regulated Environment
