  1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality medical devices.
  2. Follow standard operating procedures to assemble and test components, sub-assemblies, and final products.
  3. Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or production issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedule.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of production processes, test results, and any equipment maintenance or repairs.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  8. Participate in training programs to continuously develop and improve manufacturing skills and knowledge.
  9. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and compliance.
  10. Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors and actively participate in problem-solving and decision-making processes.

  • Experience In Working With Complex Machinery: A Manufacturing Technician At Beckman Coulter Should Possess Experience In Operating And Troubleshooting Complex Machinery Used For The Production Of Medical Devices.
