  1. Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes for our medical devices.
  2. Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and products are manufactured according to specifications.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process, proposing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  5. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality standards.
  6. Conduct process validation studies and provide technical support for new product development.
  7. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  9. Train and mentor production personnel on new processes and equipment.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in manufacturing technology to continually improve processes and procedures.
  11. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process optimization and cost reduction.
  12. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Process Engineering Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Machining, Assembly, And Quality Control

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Process Improvement Tools Such As Six Sigma Or Lean Manufacturing

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
