In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of our life-saving medical devices. We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, previous manufacturing experience, and the ability to work overnight hours.   1. Perform various manufacturing tasks, including assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices according to established procedures and quality standards.
  2. Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  3. Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed production records and documentation.
  5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production and meet production goals.
  6. Continuously monitor product quality and report any defects or issues to the appropriate personnel.
  7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  8. Adhere to strict timelines and deadlines to meet production schedules.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide updates on production progress and any potential issues.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability by consistently showing up on time and completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for process or procedure enhancements.
  12. Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  13. Adhere to all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment as required.
  14. Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  15. Uphold company values and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practices) And Fda Regulations.

  • Proficient In Operating And Troubleshooting Various Manufacturing Equipment, Such As Filling Machines, Labeling Machines, And Packaging Machines.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy.

  • Flexibility To Work 3Rd Shift Hours, Including Weekends, And The Ability To Adapt To Changing Production Schedules.
