In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply and demand of IT resources, ensuring that our technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.   1. Develop and implement supply and demand management strategies to effectively meet the IT needs of the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze IT resource usage and forecast future demand to ensure timely availability of resources.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and proactively plan for resource allocation.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
  5. Develop and maintain an inventory of IT resources, including hardware, software, and licenses, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  6. Proactively identify potential supply and demand issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
  7. Manage the procurement process for IT resources, including conducting market research, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
  8. Monitor and track IT budget, expenditures, and cost savings related to supply and demand management.
  9. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on supply and demand status and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply and demand management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Train and mentor team members on supply and demand management processes and procedures.
  12. Take ownership of any supply or demand-related incidents and work towards timely resolution to minimize impact on the organization.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of supply and demand management processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, related to supply and demand management.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any IT resource-related inquiries or issues from internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Supply And Demand Management Within The It Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Practices.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Report Generation Using Tools Such As Microsoft Excel And Sap.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
