Job Description

Invoicing Specialist is responsible facilitating the invoicing process and assisting customers with any of their billing needs for all IDT entities. Fields and answers all inquiries received by phone and email in timely and thorough manner; documents these interactions in Sales Force. Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Performs all invoicing and billing functions for every IDT order for all entities. Processes all Oligocard refills, upgrades, and new cards multiple times a day for all entities. Manages and maintains all invoice summary functions, by sending customers summaries on weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis. Manages and maintains invoices uploads into 3rd party systems, such as Ariba, Jaggaer, and Taulia. Performs all onboarding functions of new customers, including tax exemptions, contact information, and invoice delivery method. Creates and/or maintains work instructions, process flow documentation and recommends improvements to current business processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

  • Prior experience in Billing & Invoicing and/or customer service environment required.

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate financial and accounting records and identify problems

  • Knowledge of general collections methods and billing procedures to ensures compliance and/or recovery of funds
