
Helpline & Dispatching Senior Manager - Europe

As the Senior Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our helpline and dispatching team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient dispatching of field service engineers. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive results. - Oversee the daily operations of the helpline and dispatching team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in handling customer inquiries and dispatching field service engineers.
- Lead and manage a team of helpline and dispatching representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer service and streamline dispatching operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as field service, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Train and onboard new team members to ensure a high level of customer service and proficiency in dispatching procedures.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and dispatching to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, field service engineers, and internal teams.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, promoting our brand and values to customers and team members.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Operations Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Management Role Within A Helpline And Dispatching Department, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of European Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Healthcare And Medical Devices.
Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Leading A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of Call Center And Dispatching Software Systems, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Process Improvements To Enhance Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction.
