  1. Provide exceptional customer service: The primary responsibility of the Field Service Representative is to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This includes responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, identifying and addressing any issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: The Field Service Representative will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Beckman Coulter equipment. This requires a strong understanding of the equipment and its components, as well as the ability to think critically and problem-solve in a timely manner.
  3. Conduct on-site equipment maintenance and repairs: The Field Service Representative will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment at customer sites. This includes diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs or replacements as needed, and ensuring that the equipment is functioning properly.
  4. Install and train on new equipment: As new equipment is released, the Field Service Representative will be responsible for installing and setting up the equipment at customer sites. They will also provide training to customers on how to use the equipment effectively and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  5. Maintain accurate records: The Field Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all service visits, repairs, and maintenance performed on customer equipment. This includes documenting any issues or concerns and providing recommendations for future service.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams: The Field Service Representative will work closely with the Beckman Coulter sales team and other internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met. This may include coordinating service visits, providing technical support, and assisting with customer inquiries.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and developments: The Field Service Representative will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to Beckman Coulter equipment. They may be required to attend training sessions or conferences to expand their knowledge and skills.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The Field Service Representative must adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Biology, Or Medical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Field Service Or Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Beckman Coulter Products And Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Willingness To Travel Frequently And Work Independently In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
