  1. Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for Beckman Coulter's cutting-edge laboratory equipment.
  2. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues for clients in a timely manner.
  3. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  4. Conduct in-depth training for clients on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues.
  6. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.

  9. Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site at client locations.
  10. Represent Beckman Coulter in a professional and positive manner.
  11. Travel to various client locations to provide on-site support and service.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical and customer service skills.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and new product sales.
  14. Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing service schedules and priorities.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the service department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role As A Field Service Engineer, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proficient In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Instrumentation And Equipment.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Provide Technical Support.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Standards And Compliance Requirements For Medical Equipment, Such As Fda And Iso.
