Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role As A Field Service Engineer, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Proficient In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Instrumentation And Equipment.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Provide Technical Support.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Standards And Compliance Requirements For Medical Equipment, Such As Fda And Iso.
