1. Provide technical expertise and support to customers on Beckman Coulter's instrumentation and software.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their technical needs.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by customers.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and updates in the biotechnology industry to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
7. Manage and maintain customer records, including contact information, training sessions, and product usage.
8. Serve as a brand ambassador for Beckman Coulter, promoting our products and services to potential customers.
9. Participate in industry conferences and events to showcase our products and network with potential customers.

11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while performing job duties.
12. Travel to customer sites, both domestic and international, as needed to provide support and training.

14. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall team performance.
15. Continuously evaluate and monitor customer satisfaction levels and take necessary actions to address any concerns or issues.
