Director, DBS, Automation and Performance Partnership, Asia Pacific

1. Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence within the DBS, Automation and Performance Partnership division in the Asia Pacific region.
2. Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
4. Build and maintain strong partnerships with performance partners to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on the progress and impact of operational excellence initiatives.
7. Identify and resolve any operational roadblocks or challenges that may hinder the successful implementation of improvement strategies.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement and automation, and integrate them into our operations.
9. Collaborate with other regional and global teams to share best practices and drive consistency in operational excellence efforts.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for Beckman Coulter, promoting our values and mission to external partners and stakeholders.
