- Develop and implement a comprehensive product portfolio strategy for CCIA (Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay) products, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and identify trends and opportunities to inform product development and commercialization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.
- Lead the development and launch of new products, including defining product features and specifications, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to gain insights and inform product strategy.
- Provide guidance and support to the product management team in their day-to-day activities and career development.
- Develop and manage the product portfolio budget, including resource allocation and prioritization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to optimize product portfolio management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for all products.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote products and gather market insights.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product management team.
Extensive Experience In Product Portfolio Strategy Development And Execution: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Product Portfolio Strategies In The Medical Device Industry. This Includes Identifying Market Trends, Assessing Competitive Landscape, And Making Strategic Recommendations.
Knowledge Of Clinical Diagnostics Market: In Order To Effectively Lead The Product Portfolio Strategy For Beckman Coulter, The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Clinical Diagnostics Market, Including Key Players, Customer Needs, And Emerging Technologies.
