CRM/Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
You will be a part of the IT team and report to the Senior Manager of Business Applications responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvement and introducing innovations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, data analytics, and industry best practices. Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to transform evolving requirements into working applications that meet the business and usability needs. Provide daily support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis. Leads user acceptance testing, identifies testers, develops test scripts, and conducts test execution. Understand integration points with other systems that interface with the application, evaluate and minimize ripple effects. Support Marketing, Sales, and Service projects/initiatives.
Strong experience in Salesforce, CPQ, ServiceMax, Oracle EBS (Service)
SFDC knowledge: Salesforce admin knowledge, data model, sharing and security architecture, various salesforce cloud OOB capabilities
5+ years relevant working experience
