- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of the clinical flow cytometry product portfolio in the Japanese market
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and R&D to ensure alignment and execution of product plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and competitive landscape to make data-driven decisions
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of clinical flow cytometry, including technology, applications, and customer needs in the Japanese market
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and partners to understand their needs and preferences and incorporate them into product plans
- Lead product launches and train sales teams on new products, ensuring their successful adoption and integration into the market
- Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing strategies, inventory management, and product discontinuation plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to ensure the product portfolio remains relevant and compliant
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive product management team
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the product portfolio and build brand awareness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Immunology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Product Management Role, Preferably In The Field Of Flow Cytometry, With A Proven Track Record Of Success.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of The Japanese Clinical Market, Including Regulations, Trends, And Competitive Landscape.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Fluency In Both English And Japanese.
Ability To Travel Extensively Within Japan And Occasionally Internationally, As Needed For Product Launches, Customer Meetings, And Conferences.
