- Conduct thorough quality control testing on reagents used in laboratory diagnostics, ensuring they meet established standards and specifications.
- Analyze and interpret test results and identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and troubleshoot any quality issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for quality control, and ensure adherence to these procedures.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all quality control data and test results.
- Participate in the validation and verification of new reagents and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and ensure that all incoming materials meet quality standards.
- Continuously review and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and recommend corrective actions to address any quality concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to reagent production and quality control.
- Train and mentor junior team members on quality control procedures and standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing updates on quality control processes and results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In A Science-Related Field, Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Biochemistry.
1-3 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Guidelines.
Experience With Reagent Manufacturing Processes And Quality Control Testing Methods.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Ability To Interpret Data Accurately.
