- Perform technical tasks related to production operations, including set-up, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document and report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from standard procedures.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Manufacturing, Or Biology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Production Or Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Production Processes, Equipment, And Instrumentation.
Experience With Quality Control And Regulatory Compliance, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Both Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Setting.
