Job Description

Lead team to set objectives and agenda; guides and motivates the team. Establish multi-level, strategic client relationships. Lead the development of client and department budget. Evaluate and analyze the department budget and provide improvement recommendations to department leadership. Lead the Program Management team to develop strategic client business plans. Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through (regional or global) expansion or by providing additional products and services Upselling different solutions and tools. Lead or offer support to Program Managers during the negotiation process. Responsible for team motivation, growth, retention and satisfaction.
