  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to develop and produce high-quality natural history content for the BBC's Landmark series
  • Use your expertise in natural history filmmaking to provide creative input and innovative ideas for storytelling and visuals
  • Ensure that all content meets the BBC's editorial standards and guidelines
  • Conduct thorough research and maintain a deep understanding of the subject matter to accurately portray the natural world
  • Oversee and manage the production schedule and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of projects within allocated resources
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as scientists and researchers, to ensure accuracy and authenticity in the content produced
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in natural history filmmaking techniques and technology
  • Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the project
  • Represent the BBC's Natural History Unit in a professional and positive manner, promoting our commitment to creating informative and impactful documentaries about the natural world.
