  1. Develop and produce engaging and informative content related to running for the BBC's Runners Pool platform.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and events in the running world and incorporate them into content creation.
  3. Contribute to the development of the BBC's overall running genre strategy.
  4. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute content ideas.
  5. Conduct research to ensure accuracy and credibility of content.
  6. Write and edit content that is in line with the BBC's standards and style.
  7. Utilize knowledge and expertise in running to provide valuable insights and perspectives for the audience.
  8. Engage with the running community and build relationships to gather information and generate ideas for content.
  9. Monitor and analyze audience engagement and feedback to inform future content ideas.
  10. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Represent the BBC and the Runners Pool brand in a professional and positive manner.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and innovate content to attract and retain a loyal audience.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as social media and design, to promote and distribute content.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and promote the BBC's mission to inspire and inform through the power of running.
