  1. Develop and maintain the order management system for BBC, ensuring it meets the needs of our global audience and aligns with our brand values.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements and prioritize features and enhancements.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product strategy.
  4. Create and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and release plans.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the order management system and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis.
  7. Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure the order management system is integrated with other systems and processes.
  8. Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on best practices in order management systems to inform product development.
  9. Train and support internal teams on how to use the order management system effectively.
  10. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues with the order management system, working with technical teams to find solutions.
  11. Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and gather requirements for new features and enhancements.
  13. Ensure the order management system is user-friendly, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations and policies.
  14. Serve as a product expert and advocate within the organization, promoting the value and impact of the order management system.
  15. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Excellent Project Management And Organizational Skills.
