  1. Develop and implement paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  2. Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging and innovative content that aligns with the BBC's brand and objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  4. Utilize data and insights to optimize campaigns and drive audience growth and engagement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  7. Manage the budget for paid social campaigns and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as social media platforms and agencies, to stay updated on new features and opportunities.
  9. Ensure all campaigns comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  10. Identify and recommend new opportunities for growth and improvement based on industry trends and audience behaviors.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for the BBC on social media, maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice and image.
  12. Continuously monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions to engage with the audience and manage any potential issues.
  13. Provide training and support to team members on paid social media strategies and tactics.
  14. Collaborate with the analytics team to track and report on key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Paid Social Media Management, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Proficient In Using Social Media Management Tools Such As Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Or Buffer.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Advertising Platforms, Including Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, And Linkedin Ads.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Experience In Using Data To Inform And Optimize Social Media Campaigns.
