  1. Maintain and update customer relationship management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date audience data.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve and strengthen audience relationships through effective use of CRM.
  3. Utilize CRM data to analyze audience behavior and trends, and make recommendations for audience engagement strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content teams, to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business objectives.
  5. Monitor and track audience engagement and response rates, and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Identify opportunities for system improvements and work with IT team to implement changes.
  7. Train and support staff in using CRM systems, ensuring all team members have a thorough understanding of best practices.
  8. Communicate with audience members through CRM channels, such as email or social media, to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technology, and make recommendations for implementation.
  10. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the security of audience data within CRM systems.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance CRM capabilities and drive audience engagement.
  12. Lead and manage special projects related to CRM, such as implementing new systems or processes.
  13. Handle any CRM-related inquiries or issues from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Uphold the values and reputation of the BBC through all CRM-related interactions and communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software And Systems, Preferably In A Media Or Broadcasting Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Inform Decision-Making And Improve Customer Engagement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Crm Strategies And Campaigns To Drive Customer Retention And Growth.

  • Knowledge Of Bbc's Brand And Audience Demographics, As Well As A Passion For The Company's Mission And Values.
